ART WALK – Old Wethersfield is a new signature event sponsored by the Old Wethersfield Shopkeepers Association in collaboration with the Wethersfield Academy for the Arts!
Plein Air Artist Location Request Form
The weekend event will feature art exhibits by members of the Connecticut Plein Air Painters Society, Wethersfield Academy for the Arts, Wethersfield Senior Center, the Wethersfield Art League, and the Newington Art League.
In addition, ART WALK – Old Wethersfield will host numerous art activities geared towards children (outdoor art classes, sidewalk chalk contest, youth plein air art contest, lego builds, facepainting, as well as several fun “hands-on” art activities hosted by participating businesses along Main Street.
A full event calendar and plein air artists demonstration map will be forthcoming, so mark your calendars and plan to spend the weekend in Old Wethersfield this coming July 13th!
