OW PorchFest will be Saturday, August 24th 2024, more information on this event. Please Note: After submitting this form you will be notified if your application is approved. Along with this notice will be an invoice to pay for your booth(s) (if approved). Sponsored by the Old Wethersfield Shopkeepers Association.

Vendors are responsible for supplying all set-up equipment and materials required to operate their booth successfully. Booths are 10’ x 10’.

This event does not host food vendors
Vendors for porchfest 2024 will NOT be in the road, the vendors will be located in pockets at various businesses hosting vendors on Main Street, We do our best to accommodate requests we can not guarantee placements
Our goal is always to provide a excellent experience to our vendors and guests to our events, we will limit the numbers of vendors that sell the same types of items to ensure a well diverse market & goods that compliment Main Street
I understand that once this from is submitted, someone from the Shopkeepers will be in touch AFTER 7/19 - please refrain from emailing us in regards to statuses
NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED AS A FORM OF PAYMENT, NO EXCEPTIONS
There is NO rain date. This is a rain or shine event. In the event of extreme weather we will cancel and refund vendors. No refunds will be provided unless the entire event is cancelled. No exceptions.
